Why do you like/dislike pecio cms?

In the last few weeks I had to work a lot with Wordpress because I'm administrating a website using it.

While fiddling around with templates, plugins and Wordpress itself, I've discovered many great features in Wordpress. And some days I'm asking myself: "Why are people using pecio cms when there are other ones with -  for some part - a lot more features and better usability?".

So today I want to ask you, why you like pecio cms or why you dislike it (also compared to other ones).

I hope I can find some tips in what direction to go with the CMS.

I was introduced to Pecio last year by one of my web design mentors. I'm a post-newbie, meaning I'm a newbie who thinks he knows a little something. Dangerous territory.

Anyway, both of us liked the simple and easy/quick to learn interface of Pecio. We liked that the blog/news and comments areas were much better that LightNEasy CMS or Pluck CMS which he was using most of the time at that point. We also liked that you quickly supported multiple themes. We also liked how flexible the "text" option was. I happen to also like the Links option and RSS support as well. And the Poll option was awesome. Pecio was very powerful and showed incredible promise.

As for the present, I understand that there are other powerful options out there. I happen to like GetSimple CMS, but it and Pecio are different and have their own strenghts.

In terms of things I would love to see [but could survive without] ...
- Some newbie friendly instructions particularly for theme & plug in development
- A read more/summary feature for news would be wonderful and perfect for me.
- A simple forum/message board would awesome
- A newsletter sign-up and post option
- Some type of Gallery

Thanks.

Ad Management something like the Links feature would be great.
